Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. Eligibility: MGM Grand Confess Your Sins (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, except where prohibited by law, and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of MGM Grand Hotel, LLC, The Signature Condominiums, LLC, Cramer-Krasselt, and their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which, subject to NRS 463.362, are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor: MGM Grand Hotel, LLC, 3799 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Administrator: Cramer Krasselt, 1850 N Central Ave Ste 1800, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 28, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 26, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.twitter.com/mgmgrand and become a follower of MGM Grand. To sign up for a free Twitter account, visit www.twitter.com and follow the instructions to sign up for a free account. Twitter is not a sponsor of or otherwise affiliated with this Sweepstakes. To enter, become a follower of @mgmgrand, and post a tweet with your confession and incorporate the hashtag "#mgmsin" during the Promotion Period ("Entry"). Your Entry must contain confession, contain the hashtag, and must conform to the Entry guidelines set forth below in order to be eligible. Upon submission of your eligible tweet, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Tweets must comply with all terms and conditions found at www.twitter.com. You must be a follower of @mgmgrand on Twitter throughout the entire Promotion Period and at the time of notification to win a prize. Limit one (1) entry per Twitter account/person/day. For the purposes of this promotion, a "day" shall be defined as 12:00:00 a.m. ET to 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor.

Entry must contain a confession and the "#mgmsin" hashtag to be valid. Entries may not be obscene or indecent; cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, profane or pornographic, violent towards or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; cannot be offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products or services, or other people, products or companies; cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; may not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; may not in any other way violate any applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations or the Twitter.com Terms of Service; may not contain any reference to any third party trademarks, names or third party logos or any copyrighted components; and cannot contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses. Entries not in compliance with the Entry Guidelines may be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, you agree that your submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, that Sponsor is free to disclose the ideas contained in the entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your submission, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that its entry will be deemed a Work Made For Hire under the Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then the winner irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor all of his/her right, title and interest in and to his/her video, including all but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, in the United States and worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Winner hereby waives in favor of Sponsor, all rights of "Droit Moral" or "Moral Rights of Authors" or any similar rights or principles of law that winner may now or later have to their entry. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify the winning entry, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor, winner shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of assignment, as may be solely deemed by Sponsor, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest in and to the entry and of the copyrights transferred and "Moral Rights of Authors" waived under these Official Rules. Should Sponsor fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor's rights and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment.

5. Daily Prize Drawing: One (1) Sweepstakes winner, subject to verification, will be randomly chosen each calendar day of the Promotion Period by the Administrator, whose decisions regarding this Sweepstakes are, subject to NRS 463.362, final and binding, from among all eligible entries received for that specific calendar day. Non-winning entries will not roll over to subsequent drawings. The potential winner will be notified by direct message to the winner's Twitter ID as recorded in the winner's Twitter account. Potential winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within seven (7) calendar days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in email address, Twitter account, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.

6. Prize: THIRTY (30) DAILY PRIZES (1 per calendar day during the Promotion Period): Each daily prize winner will receive one (1) night accommodation at MGM Grand Las Vegas (single room, double occupancy). Winner must complete stay at MGM Grand Las Vegas within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Stay at MGM Grand Las Vegas is subject to availability and blackout dates. All expenses and incidental travel costs, including but not limited to, all transportation, meals, incidentals, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, taxes or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of winner. Approximate Retail Value: $100. Actual value of stay may vary based on date selected. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Guests must sign and return a travel release before any booking of stay occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for stay. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees on prize. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received per calendar day of the Promotion Period. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000. Limit one (1) prize per person/household/email address.

7. Release: As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release and hold harmless MGM Grand Hotel, LLC, Cramer-Krasselt, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including any traveling related thereto.

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

11. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of federal, state and local courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Notwithstanding the above, this promotion is governed by Nevada Revised Statute 463.362.

12. Entrant's Personal Information: Information submitted to participate in the Sweepstakes ("Submitted Information") will be collected by Administrator from entrants in accordance with, and subject to MGM Grand Hotel, LLC's Privacy Policy available at http://www.mgmmirage.com/privacy.htm.

13. Winner List: Winner List will be updated daily and posted at www.mgmgrandsins.com. Participant must also follow @mgmgrand on Twitter to be notified of prize award.
